General
A secure, organized place to keep everything your household runs on: passwords, accounts, insurance, important documents, and instructions for the people you trust. You build it a little at a time, and it stays current, not filed away and forgotten.
No, it’s built to work alongside it. Your physical kit holds original documents and physical keys. The Digital Vault holds everything digital: passwords, accounts, and scheduled messages, accessible from anywhere.
No. Some sections take five minutes, like listing your vehicles. Others, like estate planning, deserve more time. Go at whatever pace fits your life right now.
Start with the basics your family would actually go looking for first: passwords, insurance, and key contacts. Your Vault breaks everything into sections so you’re never staring at a blank page, and you can build it a section at a time instead of all at once.
Financial accounts, passwords, insurance policies, property records, legal documents, medical information, and contacts, the things a partner or next of kin would actually need to find fast. Your Vault covers all of it in one place instead of scattered across drawers, emails, and apps.
No. Your Vault is useful whether you have a full estate plan or none at all. It helps you organize whatever you currently have and makes it easy to add more over time.
Security & Privacy
Your Vault is protected with AES-256 encryption, both at rest and in transit over HTTPS. Your data is encrypted so that no one, not even our own team, can access it without your permission. Sensitive fields like account numbers and passwords are also masked by default. You control who has access and what they can see. Your data is never sold, ever.
Nobody, unless you invite them. You decide who’s shared in and exactly what they can see. Nothing here works like an unattended spreadsheet or a shared notes app that anyone with the link can read.
Yes. Next of kin access is protected by a verification step, not a single password, and you’re notified along the way with a chance to step in if anything looks wrong. Your family gets in when they actually need to, not a moment before.
Next of Kin & Messages
Only if you choose to share specific access, like with a spouse. Your next of kin contact has no access until the verified transfer process is triggered.
You can update this anytime in your settings, no questions asked.
Date- and event-based messages, like birthdays and anniversaries, deliver on schedule regardless. Messages scheduled for “upon passing” deliver only once the verified next of kin process confirms that.
Yes. Record as many video, audio, or written messages as you’d like, each with its own delivery date, event, or “upon passing” trigger, and its own recipient or recipients.
Billing & Plans
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can explore the full Vault before you ever enter payment information, and you’ll only be asked to subscribe once you’re ready.
After your 14-day free trial, plans are billed annually, charged once upfront for the year. If we ever change pricing, we’ll tell you before it affects your next billing cycle.
Yes, anytime through your account. Cancel before the start of your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for it. You’ll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
We’re launching with one plan, Advantage, built to cover most households: unlimited AI Answers, 20 GB of encrypted storage, and full access permissions. Plans for larger households and extended families are on the way. See the details on our Pricing page.
Your Vault is built to work wherever you are. Ask your account team for the latest on mobile app availability for your device.
